Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Must coordinate with Plant Supervisor to establish maintenance schedules to minimize downtime on production.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Possess knowledge of machines and tools.
- Able to troubleshoot effectively to diagnose mechanical issues.
- Must strictly follow any and all safety procedures and policies that are in place.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
This position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as needed.
