TUX Car Wash is a family-owned business, built by one of the families that owns and operates ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. Our mission has always been to serve families in a variety of ways, including charitable giving.
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the family! The primary purpose of an Assistant Site Manager is to sustain an organization which provides exterior-only wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.
The Job
- Assist Manager with HR-related duties, including shift schedules.
- Perform cleaning procedures of the tunnel and equipment to uphold preventative maintenance daily.
- Conduct equipment repairs proactively and troubleshoot problems quickly.
- Maximize speed of processing vehicles at the wash through training and upholding standards of performance.
- Conduct a safety check of every vehicle entering the wash to either prevent entry or warn customers of potential risks.
- Ensure the quality of customer service and car wash is on par with the company's standards.
- Check the functioning of vacuums throughout the day, but not less than x times a day.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash lot.
- Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
The Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- At least two years of car wash experience or similar.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Available to work weekends.
