Full-time Sales Associate/Key Holder

Job Description:

As a Full Time Retail Sales Associate at Tuxedo by Sarno, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers find the perfect attire for their special occasions. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with fittings, maintain the store’s appearance, and ensuring our inventory is well organized and up to date. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fashion-forward environment while building strong customer relationships.

Pay:

· $17 per hour PLUS monthly commission, tips, and performance bonus

Monthly commission, tips, and bonuses can add $3 (or more!) to your hourly rate!

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Help customers select the appropriate tuxedoes or suits based on their preferences and event needs

· Provide guidance on accessories, including ties, shoes, and other formal ear items

· Conducting fittings and alterations as needed to ensure a perfect fit

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store

· Handle customer inquiries, orders and returns

· Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in formal wear

· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets

· Uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service

Requirements:

· Previous retail experience, preferably in formal wear or fashion retail

· Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail

· Knowledge of tuxedos, suits and formal wear is desirable

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required

· Professional appearance and attire
