Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to build and maintain positive customer relationships. This is an in-office position and not a work-from-home role. If you are confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Pay & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill existing accounts and secure new ones while maintaining a daily work schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture positive business and customer relationships.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Reach out to potential leads through cold calling.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Provide detailed information about services and packages to prospective and current customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telephone sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
