Job Description:

As a Leasing Agent you will be the face of our properties for rent and the key liaison between the portfolio and our prospective renters. We're looking for a friendly, communicative, and self-determined individual who has rental or leasing experience and can offer unmatched customer service to our renters.

Basic Responsibilities:

Respond to prospect inquiries in a timely manner

Qualify prospective tenants that have set appointments to tour our properties

Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.

Assist future tenants through the application process and manage documents and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner.

Contribute towards the upkeep of our properties to help capture property/portfolio pride

Represent our company with a professional appearance and manner.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Organized and manages time effectively
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Technology driven
A successful and proven sales history
Driven, self-motivated

**Currently we are seeking individuals already licensed with leasing experience. This is not a salaried position.**

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
