Copywriter and Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a full-time Copywriter and Marketing Specialist with expertise in content creation, B2B copywriting, and marketing support. You'll be based at our Olathe, Kansas office and collaborate with our dynamic marketing team headquartered in Kortrijk, Belgium. Our team values open communication, creativity, continuous learning, and adaptability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Content Creation: Research industry-specific topics and produce blog posts aligned with GemOne's content strategy.

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; monitor and report performance metrics.

• Sales Support: Assist the Americas Sales team with dealer network mapping, contact research, and drafting sales email templates.

• SEO Optimization: Optimize existing and new content to improve organic reach, focusing on strategic keyword integration.

• Lead Generation Materials: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to produce white papers, guides, and other resources of interest to customers.

• Email Marketing: Create and optimize email funnels, including writing email copy and analyzing campaign performance.

• Customer Content: Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer-focused content, including conducting interviews and managing feedback loops.

• Website and Campaigns: Update website copy, draft campaign landing pages, and create marketing materials such as brochures, video scripts, and presentations.

• Event Support: Contribute to marketing projects like Dealer Days, End User events, and Partner Workshops.

• Internal Communications: Write internal newsletters and company updates for staff and customers.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Native English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong team player with excellent communication, organizational skills, and initiative.

• 2 years of writing experience, preferably in industrial machinery or telematics.

• Marketing, content writing, or copywriting qualification preferred.

• Experience in:

  • Content writing and portfolio creation.

  • Managing content in WordPress or other CMS platforms.

  • Using email marketing platforms.
