Global Product and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Product and Procurement Manager to lead our P&P team. This role focuses on driving global strategies, team development, and supply chain excellence across our organization.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor product advisers, developers, and purchasers, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
- Category & Spend Oversight : Oversee significant annual spend, manage global suppliers, and ensure risk management and margin creation for product categories.
- KPI & Performance Management : Monitor and analyze KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Strategy & Implementation : Advise P&P Directors on strategic initiatives and implement them effectively within the team.
- Global Collaboration : Work with international colleagues to align processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise : Ensure the team maintains strong product and procurement knowledge.
