YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
- Assist customers with inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities during the quoting and sales process
- Accurately enter and process quotes and orders in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions within the ERP system (Epicor10)
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Partner closely with the Quality and Technical Support departments to ensure customer satisfaction
HOW TO SUCCEED
We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both customers and internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential
- Active listening skills required to fully understand and address customer needs
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in phone-based communication and typing accurately, with a high level of computer proficiency
- Outstanding professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to seamlessly switch between tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable team player
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).

ABOUT FSIP
FSIP provides new and remanufactured electronic products found on electric- and gas-powered vehicles. We also provide manufacturing services for OEM legacy products to help limit the potential for product obsolescence. Some of the many platforms we service include forklifts / industrial lift trucks, golf cars, scrubber-sweepers, mining cars/locomotives, electric boats, go-karts, and ground support equipment.
