YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Support the Sales Support Manager with training and onboarding new personnel.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager and Sales Manager to drive sales growth across all assigned territories.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries through phone, chat, email, and in-person communication.
• Work closely with Territory Sales Specialists to ensure top-quality customer service on a daily basis.
• Process customer quotes and orders, and provide updates on pending orders.
• Follow up with customers on any open issues or unresolved matters.
• Manage open quotes and conduct daily follow-ups according to territory requirements.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system as necessary.
• Promote FSIP products and services to boost sales within your designated territory.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, addressing basic to moderately complex issues.
• Oversee Sales Support Associates and conduct 1:1 meetings to review performance and manage daily/monthly tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Support Manager to mentor and coach team members.
• Generate sales analysis reports as needed to assess performance and areas for improvement.

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Technical background or experience in the markets we serve is preferred.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on company initiatives.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).
