Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced hands-on IT Director to oversee IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives, enhance internal systems, identify emerging opportunities and ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset for leveraging technology to drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals, prioritizing innovation and growth.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
- Cybersecurity: Lead data protection, risk management, and compliance efforts to maintain robust cybersecurity standards.
- Technology Integration: Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency, client service, and business growth.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure service quality for IT solutions.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation in alignment with financial goals.
- Innovation & Improvement: Stay current with emerging trends and introduce innovative solutions to drive business performance.
- IT Policies: Establish documented IT policies, cybersecurity policies, and procedures with the defined review/renewal cycle in alignment with the applicable regulations on the company and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years professional IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience with building IT systems for fast moving adtech companies or agencies.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience aligning IT strategy with business objectives, driving change, and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience managing mid to large-scale IT projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with data management, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 USD
