Summary The Director of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of business operations for multiple warehousing, assembly, and logistics centers.
This role will have direct client interaction and management oversight regarding safety, quality, customer satisfaction, manpower, cost and sales.
This role will be responsible specific sites identified by any combination of customer, geography, and capability.

Develop, implement, and measure short-term, intermediate and long-term operational plans.
Direct and manage TVSs growth strategy based on client, geography, and capability Ensure management review metrics are being met at the established minimum standards and develop / incorporate a strategy to drive the results for continual improvement.
Manage customer relations and ensure that company and customer requirements are met including safety, productivity, new process introduction, and quality Ensure compliance with company values, policies, procedures and associate programs such as safety, productivity, quality, and associate engagement Oversee and direct communication and problem resolution with core customers Enforce and assess contractual obligations ensuring key performance indicators are met by both the service provider and the client.
Financial management of the operational business units ensuring attainment of established financial budgets and forecasts.
