What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Warehouse Order Selector position at TW Services Inc.?
TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are currently seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. We are not a temporary agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent.
We have a fast-onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview
Hours/Schedule:
- 4 Day work week ( Sunday off and 2 scheduled days off during the week)
- 6:00AM - Finish (10 hour shift)
- Further shift details can be addressed at the interview
Compensation/Benefits:
- Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday
- Pay $680 to $1,200 weekly based on production incentive

Daily Responsibilities:
- Locate product using warehouse technology (Vocollect voice picking system)
- Pull warehouse items from shelves
- Retrieve orders according to quantity and size
- Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
- Wrap pallets before loading
- Will need to pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour
Requirements:
- Voice picking and electric pallet jack experience required
- Bulk selection warehouse experience
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes repetitively ranging from 30 lbs up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time 8 - 12 hours
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Steel toe shoes required upon hire!

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
