TW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking for staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full time and permanent.

Position:
- Dock Associate
Hours/Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday)
- 6:00 AM - Finish
- Further shift details can be addressed at interview.
Compensation:
- Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday

Daily Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in the office system.
- Must have basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve service quality.
Qualifications
