Key Responsibilities : Engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions. Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs and coverage options. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay informed on product knowledge and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
