About the Role As a Remote Benefits Specialist  with The Weatherspoon Agency (TWA),  you’ll work with pre-qualified clients  (no cold calling!) to help them understand their supplemental benefits  and ensure they have the coverage they need. This fully remote  role is perfect for motivated professionals who excel at customer service, time management, and relationship building. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote role
- Coachable and willing to learn new skills
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance  is a plus (but not required!) Licensing Requirement ⚠ A state life insurance license is required for this role.  Being currently licensed is NOT a requirement to apply.  If hired, you must be willing to obtain a resident life insurance license  in your state (and a non-resident license for Georgia , if applicable).
