Responsibilities of a Management Trainee :
- Build organizational and time management skills in order to maintain designated territories.
- Assist management team with implementing action plans to improve operating results.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to acquire system knowledge to gain an understanding of marketing strategies to stay on top of industry-leading trends.
- Understand the overarching client strategy, as well as communicate and model the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork and collaboration amongst fellow employees.
- Track metrics and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and increase profit margins.
- Keep up-to-date on current deals and promotions to provide accurate and complete information.
- Build rapport and trust with customers and clients to secure ongoing business relationships.
