We are looking for creative and energetic candidates to join our elite team supporting live and recorded event production in a unique and exciting environment. Technicians provide broadcast-quality services including audio only, video, live event production, real-time live streaming, teleconferencing, recording, reproducing, and teleprompting. Events include but are not limited to major national events, ceremonies, international conferences, meetings, social affairs, or training events.
Compensation Range : $50,000 - $100,000.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with the set-up and operations of live event broadcast, production, editing, and AV equipment.
- Move / transport equipment from one location to another.
- Set-up lighting, cameras, microphones, and speakers for programs and events.
- Assist with maintaining lineup of cable TV operations and broadcasting / re-broadcasting activities.
- Assist with the cataloging and asset management of operations artifacts.
- Work with a multi-discipline team to complete team tasks.
- Provide technical support to voice, video, and data engineering staff.
- Support shift work operations, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 8pm and weekends as needed.
- Work with audio video editing suites, to include image stabilization, video enhancement, and format conversion capabilities.
- Assist in the enhancement of multimedia files and still images for further analysis.
- Report problems and process equipment for repair.
- Clean and store equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS : This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information level (TS / SCI). If the ideal candidate does not hold this active clearance, TWD & Associates is willing to sponsor the clearance process.
QUALIFICATIONS :
LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and managers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematics.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to be responsive and persuasive to all levels of the organization.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The employee is regularly required to walk, stand, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.
