JOB SUMMARY:
The scope of this job is to provide on-site maintenance support services for the audiovisual (AV) and video teleconference (VTC) systems situated in multiple rooms and buildings at Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ), Quantico, VA and other location that are within sixty minutes from MCBQ. The individual will perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Preventative maintenance includes, but not limited to, inspection, diagnosis, cleaning, and identifying damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $82,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a schedule to do PMIs for all supported rooms every 3 months and 4 times a year.
Perform PMIs; make needed adjustments and calibrations; identify and report to the help desk any required repairs beyond the scope of the PMI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Secret Clearance
Certified Technology Specialist ( AVIXA CTS )
5 years of experience supporting fixed/portable AV / VTC systems and equipment from OEMs including Cisco, Poly, Crestron, and Extron; maintaining AV systems including sound, video projection, displays, control panels, video switchers, VTC, videotape recording and playback.
Knowledge of audio recorders, amplifiers, microphone theory, power amplifiers, loudspeaker systems, and lighting.
Salary : $70,000 - $82,000
