About the role
• Assume full business process ownership of Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning providing governance of process and system, ensuring overall compliance with global planning cycle and monthly activities.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results to support management team in decision making process.
• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variance, including regional Sales team, Finance team, Marketing team and global allocation team.
• Create statistical forecasts, Review sales plans, customer finance Budget Updates and demand drivers.
• Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel (Forecast review meeting)
• Prepare Monthly Account Review meeting and ensure all business assumption reflected in rolling demand forecast.
• Provide input to the Supply team in developing inventory strategies and review on replenish/production plan.
• In charge of routine allocation request and consolidation to global allocation/supply team.
• Prepare relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
About you
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting role.
• Proficient English both in written and oral.
• Excellent analytical skills with logical mind.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
• Experience in SAP and planning system.
• Experience in data analytic apps, Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau etc.
