Frank Family Vineyards (FFV), a Treasury Americas (“TWE”) company, is a family owned, Ultra-Premium Napa Valley winery, housed in Napa Valley's historic Larkmead Winery where we hand craft wines that live up to the heritage of the land. Our tasting room has been voted “Best Napa Winery" by the Bay Area A-List seven years in a row and welcomes guests year-round.
This position supports our busy tasting room by moving glassware and dishes to and from the kitchen in the presence of guests; as well as washing, polishing dishes and glasses, carrying multiple plates and glassware. Weekends and Holidays will be required.
Requirements:
- Operates a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes
- Hand rinses and scrubs dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation practices
- Clears, cleans, and resets tables promptly
- Maintains proper table alignment and setup
- Cleans all dishes in a timely and organized manner
- Restocks glassware in all areas
- Inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips or stains
- Follows proper closing procedures to keep cleaned and organized
- Punctual and keeps good attendance
- Familiar with and abides with all Treasury’s policies procedures and systems
- Professional on all levels while clocked in or on company premises
- Comes to work with positive attitude and outlook on the day
Qualifications:
- Constant standing and walking
- Occasional stooping and kneeling
- Pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Constant reaching, turning and performing precision work in the kitchen area
- Constant ascending and descending stairs and ramps
- Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $16 to $22 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Calistoga, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
