About the role
This role is responsible for TWE’s China Supply Planning; and developing and managing TWE’s China COO partners network. This includes identifying business requirement; and building and managing the network of TWE facilities and 3rd party partners to deliver; And developing and leading TWEs bulk wine, production, dry goods, finished goods, and other OEM sites related planning processes
- Identifying the short, medium and long term business requirements and sourcing required production assets or partners to deliver, having regular review with commercial team to ensure high efficient communication
- Delivering optimal outcomes for TWE from 3rd party partners, through: Contract and commercial negotiations/ On ongoing relationship management/ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ways of working
- Building TWE team and planning processes across bulk wine, dry goods, production, finished goods and related areas to: Efficiently deliver the production plan to meet demand/ Balance inventory and operational risk
- Supporting the quality assurance in the implementation and monitoring or partner performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills to encourage a team culture built on the principles of trust and respect to meet the dynamic demands of internal and external customers.
- Managing a high performing team in line with TWE's processes, systems and resources available for performance management, talent & succession, training, etc.
About you
- Bachelor degree or above
- Tertiary qualifications in business/supply chain or related disciplines
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in developing commercial relationships and management of those relationships
- Contract negotiation and management experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong MS Office Applications skills, including knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication & influencing
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels both internally and externally to achieve results.
