About the Role
This internship program is a gateway to building a successful career in hospitality and the wine industry. It is designed for Seniors pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, this program provides hands-on experience, impactful projects, and personalized mentorship to help you grow professionally and prepare for a future leadership role.
Responsibilities and Experiential Learning
- Immerse yourself in the role of a Tasting Room Associate, building skills in guest engagement, sales, and event execution.
- Assist in the daily operations of our tasting room, providing exceptional service and education while driving wine sales.
- Participate in hosting events that highlight our world-class wine portfolio.
Professional Development
- Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining insights into strategic operations and leadership practices.
- Participate in mentorship sessions with seasoned professionals who will guide your career journey. What You’ll Gain:

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $23 per hour. This figure represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Calistoga, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
