About the Role
The priority of the seasonal concierge is to provide a warm welcome to each visitor of Sterling Vineyards and ensure they understand the wine experiences and any other information that will enhance their visit. The concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room, whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available weekends.

The priority of the seasonal concierge is to provide a warm welcome to each visitor of Sterling Vineyards and ensure they understand the wine experiences and any other information that will enhance their visit. The concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room, whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors warmly, providing an excellent first impression.
- Provides information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees, and answers questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
- Assists guests in making reservations over the phone and directs calls within the tasting room.
- Actively remains aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.
- Supports retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.
- Maintains and organizes retail merchandise and supports retail team in maintaining clean bars, including glassware...as needed.
- Maintains an open line of communication with the sales team as well as the Tasting Room Manager.
