This role works closely with packaging developers, account managers, and operations within our retail kitting vertical. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing communications across multiple external brands and internal partners. This position requires adetail-oriented and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle high levels of communication, detailed compilation of information, managing multiple Excel spreadsheets, and facilitating email communication with external brands.Key Responsibilities : Program CoordinationAssist with managing the logistics of packaging programs from initiation to completion.Work closely with internal teams (packaging developers, sales director, and operations) to ensure the timely delivery of program components.Maintain clear and consistent communication with multiple vendors to ensure all deliverables are met.Check-in all samples including photographing, organizing sets, referencing against BOM, confirming accuracy of details, images for scale.Communication & Brand ManagementServe as the point of contact for brands, coordinating information flow and ensuring alignment on project timelines and requirements.Manage a high volume of brand email communication daily for over 500 items, to track progress, samples, resolve issues, adhere to timelines, copy confirmation, size, weight, ingredient approval, testing details, and keep all stakeholders informed.Administrative SupportUtilize Excel and internal programs for tracking program components, maintaining data accuracy, and updating timelines.Compile detailed reports and documentation, ensuring that all program data is up-to-date and easily accessible.Support the Production team by preparing status updates and reports as needed.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of packaging programs.Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project milestones.Qualifications : 2 years of experience in a Coordinator, Project Manager, or Junior Manager role, ideally within Packaging, Production, Retail, Beauty, or a related field.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel and experience handling high volumes of email communication.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines.What you can expect : Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)Mental Health Mondays : once a month our offices close globally (that's 12 additional days per year!)Generous Paid Time Off – Including your birthday, personal days, time-off around holidays.Paid Parental LeaveSummer FridaysDiscretionary bonusesSalary : $70k - 80k depending on experienceTwelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
