Job Description:
The EHS and Usability Technical Analyst will provide comprehensive support for the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) module. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Department of Defense (DoD) environmental, health, and safety regulations for military housing. The analyst will also be responsible for supporting the design of EHS assessment tools within the eMH Application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Analytical Support: Provide expert analysis and support for the EHS module.
- Compliance Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and DoD EHS requirements for military housing.
- Application Development Support: Support the design and development of applications for EHS compliance tracking.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze EHS metrics and prepare reports.
- Program Development: Develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate EHS practices into daily operations.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A relevant degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze EHS metrics and prepare reports.
- Program Development: Develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate EHS practices into daily workflows.
- Experience with federal, state, and DoD EHS requirements for military housing.
- Familiarity with DoD Housing facility criteria and industry practices for residential housing.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Knowledge of IT development processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are advantageous.
