What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Twenty First Systems?

Primary responsibilities will be :
- Consults with clients to gather information about system scope and objectives.
- Utilizes technical expertise to analyze and evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations to meet requirements.
- Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates user requirements and develops detailed requirements specifications such as conceptual diagrams, process flows, data models, prototypes, user interface designs, user stories, screen layouts, report layouts.
- Supports the development life cycle, working with developers and the client.
- Develops application testing scenarios and assist with system and functional testing.
- Prepares user documentation and provides product demonstrations and end-user training.
- Functional support and customer / user liaison for web based applications.
- Evaluates, implements, customizes and supports COTS packages as needed.
- Utilizes Agile methodology for building new systems / applications.
