What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead position at Twenty-Four Blackbirds Chocolates?
We are looking for someone who can join our small team in producing chocolate, from roasting and winnowing beans to making fine confections. Someone with previous kitchen experience and menu R&D strongly preferred. This person will oversee and execute all parts of the chocolate making process. This job would be good for someone who has enjoyed the work of a restaurant kitchen (especially in chef or sous chef role), but is looking for better, more consistent hours.
