What are the responsibilities and job description for the CHIEF ENGINEER - R&M position at Twenty Four Seven Hotels?
The newly renovated Courtyard Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to surpass brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! This is a working Chief position and could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!
Position Responsibilities:
- Attending to and daily oversight of property and guest needs
- Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
- Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
- Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
Job Requirements
- 4 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
