Shipping Customer Service Liaison - Temporary Assignment (12 Weeks)

twenty2 wallpaper textiles is a high end private label wallpaper production company.
We assist artists and designers in developing innovative digital wallpaper textile
collections and custom projects. We are known for our expertise, creativity, high level of
customer service, exacting quality standards and on time delivery. Every member of our
team is essential to our formula.

We are seeking to hire a temporary Customer Service Administrative Assistant for
our shipping department to cover for a leave of absence, tentatively April 2025-
August 2025.

This is a great opportunity for someone with great communication skills, and an eye for
detail. This position is both physical and computer based, and requires being on your
feet for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds. We are a fast paced, energetic
work environment requiring a positive can do attitude and flexibility to assist where
needed.

The daily job responsibilities include: checking packing slips and order
information for accuracy, processing labels, and communicating with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service - maintaining and cultivating long-term positive relationships with our
customers
Communicate with customers & carriers - answering questions and problem solving
Use twenty2 programs to process orders and generate shipping labels
Check packing slips and order information for accuracy
Help ensure that all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule
Maintain an organized and clean work space
Other related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer Service Experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Hands on work style and experience
Possess a positive attitude and “can do” personality
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to learn and utilize proprietary computer software

Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
