What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant position at Twenty20 Management, Inc?
Our number one priority is providing excellent care to our wonderful Residents. We are looking for a positive, compassionate Activity Assistant to help coordinate events and engaging activities for our Residents to enrich their stay in our community. You will assist the Activities Director in expressing creativity in the group and one on one activities planned for the community daily.
Essential functions
- Assist in the development of a varied program of meaningful activities and events that is balanced in the physical, spiritual, social, emotional, and cognitive domains.
- Assist the Director of Activities in the planning of the monthly newsletter.
- Co-host or host activities as needed.
- Assist in the development of a program of outings that encourages the people who live at The Retreat at Berryville to be involved in their external community.
- Decorate the common areas for special events and holidays.
- Conduct individual and group interactions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Activities.
