Lavender Hills Fort Mill is looking for Med Tech's for our all Memory Care Community. Our Med Tech's play a vital role in the Community's success by providing excellent personal care to our Residents. Med Tech's carry out the individualized care plan for each Resident, assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers and is also responsible for administration of medications.
