SUMMARY
The restaurant supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the restaurant department, including meeting budget goals, inventory management, scheduling, cleanliness of all food service areas, training, hiring and supervision of all restaurant staff. Reports to the Executive Director and is supported by the Head of Dining.
