Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and alignment with IT solutions.
- Continuously review and update processes to ensure they meet evolving business unit conditions.
- Identify and document existing processes, analyze gaps, design new processes, and develop performance measures for successful transition.
- Provide counsel and leadership on the future use of technology and process improvements across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management and corporate executives to integrate business strategies with technology solutions.
- Develop and implement business process engineering plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, and business systems requirements definition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with 4 years in process engineering and 2 years in project management.
- Strong knowledge of business systems and industry-wide best practices.
- Proven ability to assess and integrate IT solutions that drive business value.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
