EBS Financials Project Manager

A PA-based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead financial system projects within its enterprise applications team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing financial modules, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial application projects, focusing on core accounting, asset management, and receivables.
• Provide continued support, enhancements, and adoption strategies for financial systems.
• Act as a key consultant, analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage system upgrades and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Work closely with offshore teams to support development and maintenance efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in enterprise financial systems, specifically with accounting and asset management modules.
• Strong expertise in project management, including planning and execution of technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Accounts Receivable/Credit).
• Knowledge of systems analysis, SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
• Familiarity with IT governance, change management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate offshore teams effectively.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
