Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Producer role located in Katy, TX, with the possibility of some remote work. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs, and recommending the appropriate coverage options. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills
- Insurance Product Knowledge and Understanding
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Insurance Producer License is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry or related field
