Job Title : Multi-Site Maintenance Technician
Reports To : Property Manager
Property Details : Lillis Lofts is a 49-unit multifamily tax credit development with restricted access entry, Community Room featuring Complimentary Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, and Playground. The Pointe on 88th is a 49-unitmultifamily tax credit development with a Community Lounge, Fitness Studio, Library, and Playground.

Essential Duties :
- Perform general punch requirements
- Grounds and equipment upkeep
- Snow removal
- Basic service requests such as : Replacing lightbulbs / light kits, Unclogging toilets, Garbage disposal installation / repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
- Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
- Must possess adequate communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain work order systems, logs, and other records as needed
- Timely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries
- On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
