Job Title : Multi-Site Property Manager
Reports To : Regional Manager
Supervises : Leasing Specialist and Maintenance Staff
Properties : The Marion Lofts is a 50-unit multifamily tax credit development with Restricted-Access Entry, Playground, Fitness Center, and Community Room. Blairs Ferry is a 60-unit senior tax credit apartment development for 55 and older with an Elevator on-site, Community room, Reading room, Computer learning center, and a Medical alert system.

Property Manager Objectives :
- Oversee and manage the financial and operational components of each property.
- Achieve targeted resident satisfaction through customer service to attain greater resident retention.
