ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to C-suite as needed.
• Assist Receptionist/Office Manager as needed.
• Coordinate staff meetings and appointments for C-suite, arrange catering when necessary.
• Coordinate travel arrangements as requested by C-suite, including flights, cars, and hotels.
• Coordinate event management and planning for C-suite.
• Coordinate work with other TWG staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
• Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
• Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories.
• Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
• Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Requirements
• High School Diploma and 5 years relevant work experience
• Professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Skilled at multi-tasking while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
