Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Property Manager
Property Details: Hoosier Woods is a 214-unit multifamily tax credit development with spacious luxury floor plans. Amenities include Picnic Areas w/ Grilling Station, Sparkling Pool & Sundeck, 2 Playgrounds, Laundry Center, 24/7 Fitness Center, Sports Court w/ Rec Areas, and Clubhouse with Full Kitchen.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general punch requirements
- Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
- Basic water heater repair
- Basic cleaning and resident services
- Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
- Qualified candidates must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- HVAC & EPA certifications preferred but not required
- 0-2 years’ Experience in Property Management Maintenance
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and provide own vehicle for travel between apartment communities (mileage paid)
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
