Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Property Manager
Property Details: Shadow Mountain is a 144-unit multifamily tax credit development with designer upgrades and French style patio doors. Amenities include swimming pool, clubhouse, Basketball Court, BBQ area with grills, and Playground areas.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general punch requirements
- Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services, and painting
- Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
- Must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Position requires 2 years of experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
- CPO License preferred
- EPA and HVAC Certifications preferred
- Must have painting skills
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check
- On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
- Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
