Job Title: Superintendent/ Assistant Superintendent (Multifamily Renovations)
Report To: Project Superintendent
Project Location: Nashville, TN

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule subcontractors to ensure timely completion and coordinate daily jobsite activities
- Ensure subcontractors are fully executing their contracted scope of work and correct deficiencies identified by project team
- Build and maintain a detailed project schedule and communicate conflicts and delays to project team
- Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s, change orders, submittals and ASI’s
- Ensure material deliveries are scheduled and delivered on-time
- Walk through on all units to monitor subcontractor activities
- Enforce all safety/OSHA requirements and issue notices to parties out of compliance
- Complete detailed report of job-site activities each day
- Coordinate required inspections with subcontractors and site-staff
- Conduct weekly job-site meetings including TWG staff and subcontractors
- Perform job progress and completion punch list
- Effectively identify, communicate and resolve building issues as they arise
- Ensure job-site is continually kept clean and organized
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in multifamily construction
- Experience with wood frame, stick build, podium, masonry and other various build types
- A demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction methods and means
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Viewpoint and Bluebeam
- Ability to act as a leader to TWG team members and on-site contractors
