Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial models to evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, analyze market data, and add value to existing models and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate and compile underwriting assumptions based on existing market conditions and trends.
- Provide recommendations on opportunities, including acquisitions, financial feasibility, valuation.
- Conduct market analysis and research demographic data and trends.
- Prepare investment packages to lenders and investors.
- Evaluate investment-risk trends, yields, exit valuations.
- Coordination document production for asset dispositions, assist finance team with returns & waterfall analysis.
- Assist with any other research and planning as assigned.
