he Plant Manager ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental policies and governmental regulations; oversees all compliance activities that are conducted (all inspections, measurements, monitoring, recording, recordkeeping, reporting, and training).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages the plant in accordance with all policies and in good relationship with all stakeholders
- Manages the daily operation and the plant schedule in accordance with sales, supply chain and operations
- Drives the plant and the plant management team to continuous improvement by : Implementing productivity programs and operational excellence systems and developing reporting systems and tools
- Ensures Sustainability data recorded and tracked
- Monitors budget and stays within allowable limits
- Manages new project development / cost
