Job Description:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including cooking and serving meals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times
- Document resident progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals who have mental health and/or substance abuse disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
