AR Cash Applications Analyst II - HYBRID Description
Our client, a leader in industrial products, is seeking an AR Cash Applications Analyst II to join their team in Littleton, CO. AR Cash Applications Analyst II - HYBRID Responsibilities
• Accurately apply customer payments across ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards
• Utilize automation tools to manage high payment volumes efficiently
• Manually enter payments with precision for non-automated processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including short payments, duplicates, and unapplied cash
• Generate daily reconciliation reports on cash applications
• Perform customer account analysis as required
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the month-end closing process
• Collaborate with auditors by providing required documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the cash application process
• Support ad-hoc projects and other assigned tasks
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
AR Cash Applications Analyst II - HYBRID Qualifications
• 3 years of cash application or accounts receivable experience is required
• Some automation experience to support high payment volume is required
• ERP systems experience is required
• Tech-savvy with the willingness to learn new software programs is required
• Ability to work in the office 2 days per week, including Thursdays, is required
