Location: Greater Seattle Area - WFH when not visiting accounts
Territory: Washington & Oregon - 80% of time in Greater Seattle Area & 20% in Oregon
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 up to 15% Performance Bonus (OTE = $104k-$121k)

Area Sales Manager (Wine Sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Achieve sales, distribution, and profitability goals in the assigned territory
• Develop relationships and collaborate with distributor sales teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Communicate and implement approved marketing programs
• Educate sales teams and key accounts on the brand and its portfolio
• Conduct tastings, seminars, and winemaker dinners
• Research and maintain key account and target lists
• Utilize sales tools to drive business growth and increase placements
• Track and report on sales activities and program effectiveness
• Assist in executing national programs within the region
• Support other territories and managers as needed
• Submit timely sales activity and expense reports
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives
Area Sales Manager (Wine Sales exp req) Qualifications
• 3 years of Wine Sales experience required
• 2 years of Area or Territory wine sales experience required
• On-premise and Off-premise sales experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to travel daily to serve and grow territory
