Associate Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury exp req) Responsibilities
• Lead case strategy and management for personal injury and insurance matters
• Conduct depositions and argue motions in state court proceedings
• Develop case strategies and litigation approaches
• Navigate mediation and settlement negotiations with opposing counsel
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Leverage the firm's established referral network and business development systems
• Participate in structured networking events and relationship-building programs
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to drive case progression
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Associate Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury exp req) Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree and active Florida Bar license required
• 3 years of Litigation experience required
• Personal injury case experience required
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions required
• Discovery, depositions, and mediations experience required
• Willingness to work in-office for the first three months to ensure success
