Commercial Manager – Parts & Service Responsibilities
• Oversee external service partners & a small internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the P&L for parts and service offerings, focusing on driving growth and profitability
• Develop and launch new parts and service solutions to meet customer and market demands
• Create promotional programs to boost growth and revenue
• Monitor the success of programs, ensuring seamless implementation and execution
• Manage service agency partners, setting strategic goals, KPIs, and improvement plans
• Analyze service metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet financial goals
• Review sales data, part margins, warranty metrics, and revenue trends to assess business health
• Collaborate with Quality to analyze warranty performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Plan and coordinate service training programs with support of engineering teams
• Resolve escalated product or service issues collaboratively with key departments
• Ensure agency partner contracts align with company policies
• Identify, screen, and recruit new service agency partners as needed
Commercial Manager – Parts & Service Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of combined experience in product management, marketing, or operations is required
• Experience related to manufacturing, equipment, or service for physical products is required
• Strong Excel skills & analytical mindset to interpret sales data, trends, & budgets are required
• Ability to work 100% on-site is required
