Lead Database Developer (Windows & Unix exp req) Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and secure SQL databases
• Optimize and refine databases and processing jobs to ensure peak performance
• Monitor and ensure database health, availability, and security
• Lead upgrades, backups, recoveries, migrations, and other database procedures
• Analyze and optimize server resource usage for stable performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and meet data requirements
• Automate data handling and quality assurance processes
• Integrate AI tools to enhance data efficiency and solution quality

• 4 years of database development experience required
• Strong SQL and database optimization experience required
