Luxury Sales Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX (SW Fort Worth near Overton Woods)
Salary: $120,000-$135,000 Bonus (OTE: $140,000-$165,000)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO
Job Type: Full-Time
Core Hours: 40 Hours; 10AM – 6:30PM; Off Sundays and 1 day during the week (must be available to work most Saturdays)

Luxury Sales Manager (luxury retail exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Oversee store operations including sales administration and inventory management
• Manage floor operations to ensure proper staffing and execution
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates
• Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities
• Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

• 5 years of luxury retail sales experience required
• 3 years of experience managing sales teams required
• Strong retail operations background required
